Ballistic Chili

Serves 5-8

3 Lbs ground beef
60oz tomato sauce
16oz tomato paste
60oz spicy diced tomatoes
10oz kidney beans
30oz black beans
30oz white navy beans
30oz corn
30oz peas
4 cups red potatoes
3 cups diced inions
4 cups diced green hot peppers
4 Tbsp virgin olive oil
½ cup crushed garlic
1 ½ Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp chili pepper
1 ½ Tbsp black pepper
4 Tbsp spicy steak sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cp red hot sauce

12 quart pot, brown ground beef, drain off fat, add net 9 ingredients including all liquids. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Frying pan sauté next 10 ingredients until clear in color. Add to pot. Simmer for 2 hours.
