Blazin' Chili
Serves 12-14
6 Lbs ground beef
2 Lg onions chopped
¼ Tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp dried cilantro
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 cp Chili powder
2 Tbsp toasted onion
1 can 20oz enchilada sauce
1 29oz can beef broth
1 can 18oz tomato paste
1 28oz can of peeled tomatoes
1 30oz can of medium salsa
1 can 52oz can red kidney beans drained
1 habanero pepper, minced
Brown ground beef to pot cook on high heat. Add onions to pot on
medium heat, cook until onions are clear. Add cayenne pepper,
black pepper, salt, paprika, dried cilantro ground cumin, chili
powder, and toasted onions, mix well. Add rest of ingredients
except the baanero pepper and kidney beans. Stir well until the
ingredients are mixed well. Cook for 15minutes until bubbly. Add
kidney beans and habanero peppers. Reduce heath to low and
cook for 40 minutes stirring occasionally. |
