Cayenne Chili

Serves 4-6

2 Lb ground beef
2 slices smoked bacon- cut into 1/4inch pieces
1 Lg yellow onion chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 poblano chili pepper chopped
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1 ½ Tsp Cayenne powder
½ Tsp Yellow mustard
2 15oz cans diced tomatoes
1 15oz can black beans
1 15oz red kidney beans
3 green onions chopped
2 jalapeno peppers
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp white pepper

Brown beef in pot, add smoke bacon yellow onion, garlic, poblano chili, chili powder and cayenne powder to the ground beef. Cook until onions begin to turn clear, stirring occasionally. Add mustard and mix well; cook on medium high for 2-3 minute. Add canned tomatoes undrained, black beans, kidney beans untrained, salt Let simmer for 30 minutes.
