Fireman's Chili
Serves 8-10
3 16 oz of black beans
3 16oz of pinto beans
6 14 ½ oz of chili style stewed tomatoes
1 cp of hot jalapenos chopped
1 cp Tbsp hot curry powder
3 Tbsp ground white and black pepper
2 Tbsp of Tabasco brand Pepper sauce
¼ tsp of hot hot sauce
1 Lbs of ground beef
½ Lg white onion chopped finely
½ Tbsp salt
bag of corn chips
In a large pot combine all ingredients except for the ground beef
and onion mix well on medium heat. Brown the beef on medium
high add the onions to the beef. Cover and cook on low until
onions are tender. Combine the beef and onions in the pot mix
thoroughly. Cook on low heat for 1-6 hours, stirring every hour.
The longer u l let simmer the hotter it’ll be after done cooking add
corn chips for garnish. |
