Jamaican Chili

Serves 6

2 Lbs of lean pork cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cp orange juice
½ cp lime juice
½ cp lemon juice
¼ cp of olive oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
4 Lg onions sliced
4 green bell peppers sliced
2 Tbsp of cumin
1 Tbsp oregano
½ Tsp of cloves
1 Small jalapeno pepper chopped
¼ cp raisins
½ cp water
2 16oz can Caribbean flavored black beans untrained
2 16oz cans black beans

In a sealed gallon storage bag, marinate pork cubes in the orange juice, lime juice and lemon juice overnight. Drain off marinade. In a frying pan, sauté The pork cubes in the olive oil until brown.. In a 3 ½ quart slow cooker, add all the ingredients and stir once. Cook for 6-8 hours.
