Tajano Chili

Serves 6-9

10 Strips or ½lb, center cut bacon ¼ inch chopped
2 Lbs ground beef
1 Lg yellow pepper chopped
1 Lg red onion chopped
6 jalapeno peppers finely chopped
1Tsp minced garlic from a jar
1 12oz bottle malt beverage
1 cube of beef bouillon
½ Tbsp Kosher salt
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 Tbsp Chili powder
½ Tbsp Tabasco brand pepper sauce
1 ½ Worcestershire sauce
1 15oz can red kidney beans drained
1 15oz can diced tomatoes, lightly draine

Drop bacon and ground beef into a pot on high heat and stir continuously until brown, do not drain, then add yellow pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper and garlic, stir until yellow pepper wilts and red onion is translucent. Add Malt beverage, immediately stir in beef bouillon, salt, brown sugar, chili powder. Tabasco brand pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce; stir and allow to boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, reduce heat to simmer and add red kidney beans, black beans and diced tomatoes. Simmer for 1 ½ hours and stirring occasionally.
