Two-Bean Chili
Serves 6-8
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves cut in 1-2 inch
cubes
½ cp. Chopped onion
1 ½ cp chopped celery
1 bunch scallions-chopped
1 medium green pepper
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
2 Tbsp canned jalapenos chopped
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp chicken base
1 cp green chilies
1 15oz can garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp green ketchup
Bag corn tortilla chips
Coat chili pot with olive oil, and then add all the ingredients except
the chips sauté for 5 minutes Simmer covered for one hour. Serve
with crushed chips.
