Very Meaty Chili

Serves 6-8

1 Lb ground round beef
½ Lbs ground Italian sausage
½ Lbs ground veal
½ Lbs ground chicken
1 Tsp black pepper
1Tsp salt
1 Tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tsp chili powder
1 Tsp paprika
1 Tsp garlic powder
2 15oz cans of diced tomatoes
1 Lg yellow onion diced
2 Stalks of celery diced
1 green pepper diced
1 15oz can of dark kidney beans
1 15oz can of light kidney beans

Mix meat and seasoning a large bowl. Brown meat and seasoning in a frying pan. Put 2 cans of diced tomatoes into pot, add diced onions, celery and green peppers to pot. Add kidney beans and finally put meat mixture into pot. Mix ingredients in pot and last but not least, cook. Slow cooker on high for 6 hours.
